What we collect
When you request a free Value Map we collect your work email address, the organisation name you confirm, and anything you choose to add: your priorities, a company to compare with, and the headcount and redesign figures you set on the page. We also record the page you came from, campaign tags in the link, and your approximate country and city as reported by our hosting provider.
How we use it
- To build your Value Map (Model 0) from public sources and send it to you.
- To contact you about your Value Map and, if you ask, a walkthrough or engagement.
- To understand which parts of this site are useful, using aggregate, cookie-free analytics.
Model 0 uses public information only: filings, annual reports, disclosed headcount and payroll, sites and public job postings. We do not access your systems. We never use one client's engagement data in work for anyone else.
What we do not do
We do not sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing. We do not add you to a newsletter unless you ask.
Where it is kept and for how long
Your details are processed by our hosting and email providers on our behalf. We keep request details for up to 24 months, or less if you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time by emailing debu@shimpartners.com.
